Chris Brown Manages to Be A Douche Without Even Hitting Anyone
Begging is usually not a good things, but it’s really douchey if a pop ‘star’ has to go begging for his fans to listen to his music again. Apparently, that is what Chris Brown thinks will help his career.
He released an audio message asking his fans for help…
“Some radio stations aren’t playing my records,” he said. “They’re not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to. But it’s on the fans…It’s in your power to bring me back.” (Yahoo!)
Apparently it’s not possible to be a real artist if you don’t have millions of fans buying the artistic gems you put out. That’s why all those starving artist should stop whining about not being understood, and start begging people to become fans.

That. Was. Awesome.
You see how a little information at the right time can save a life? Now we learn almost 120 years later that Vincent van Gogh didn’t have to shoot himself in the head all he had to do is beg people to purchase his art. I can almost hear it now, “Some artsy-fartsy types don’t think what I create is art and I wouldn’t expect them to but it’s on the fans… You have the power to make my paintings into art…”
I love that fact that not only being bombarded by crap on the radio, we are being begged by the source of the crap to actually spend money on their crap (the word crap has been used numerous times for dramatic effect)!!!!!!!
^ I agree with Joseph!
I also agree with everyone above! i mean.. look at the word crap.. it has rap in it soooo obviously that “music” is crap! :P
What does rap have to do with Chris Brown? He’s clearly an R&B singer. That wasn’t sarcasm. That was just ignorant.
you know your name has 3 letters that are in the word crap, so what does that say about you “Erica”?
on a serious note. i think that rap is a great form of music. just hear me out. i’m not talking about current rap music that emphasizes sex, drug, and other forms of human degradation, but the way that the music is produced itself. to put it in simple terms, i think that the synthesis of language through rhythm, beats, and words to convey a personal message to the masses is a interesting at the least.
Don’t wanna sound like some smug hipster, but I hated Chris Brown before it was cool to hate Chris Brown.
You’re so awesome, Nikolai.
If only we could be just like you.
Kate, do I detect (sniff sniff)….sarcasm….in your tone!?
LMAO @ the above exchange. Funny people.
Okay heads up, people. Apparently we have some Chris Brown fans in our midst. (Who knew they were so touchy?) Let’s tone down the sentiment. They think that battering one’s girlfriend is no reason to fail as a pop music celebrity, not even when coupled with an utter lack of ability/talent/skill. So, you know, let’s just play along.
Whew! That’s too much sarcasm, even for me. I gotta go lie down for a while.
Oh my, what would we do – as the people of the sarcasm society – if u didnt explain that u were sarcastic?.. thank u Nikolai, thank u very much
Here is some more sarcasm… oh yeah, feast on it. We love our law abiding RnB singers and Rappers because they never engage in drug trade, never beat up anyone and treat women with utmost respect.. its because of their noble and shiny lifestyles that we buy their music…. Seriously… can anyone see the doublestandard?
