Women Who Eat Moderately Less Likely To Gain Weight

Can I have some vodka with that please?

Inspired by a recent study, that concluded that women who drink moderately are less likely to gain weight, the Sarcasm Society’s research division launched a study to find the relationship between food intake and weight gain.

Surprisingly, just like the ‘drunk women’ study, it was discovered that moderate food intake by women can be a good indicator of future weight gain, or lack thereof. Women who enjoy a moderate diet, are far less likely to gain weight; and those who do, gain less than those who stuff their face with pie and other goodies. This was especially true if a the women included a couple of drinks per day as part of their diet.

  1. This is one of the stupidest things I’ve wasted my time reading in a long time. You sir, are an idiot.

  2. I agree with the above statement so much that I wasted even more of my time to say so.

  3. NotWearingPants

I disagree. Even if it isn’t true, it’s still kinda funny lol

  4. Does an ursine creature defecate in a sylvan environment?

  5. Fantastic data that i’m sure will help millions of North Americans seriously look at their consumption! Should do a follow up study in 2 years…perhaps a participation action research study!

  6. This is so true the women who stuff there faces will gain more weight than those who just eat a balanced 3-4 meals a day. Who ever thinks that this is idiotic is in fact them selves a gorse fatty and need a reality check. Let me guess you go to the gym and work out and come home to eat a cake. than you wonder why you don’t lose that fat ass get a brain fatty

    • i hope u can imagine shane with that precious “brain” of urs, which these fatties are supposed to get, is that this is sarcasm

    • Aw, Shane, are you taking those weird substances with the bull testicle in them again?

  7. But are we really sure that there is a relationship between how much we eat, and our weight? I know a lot of fat people are going to be kind of upset about this. Do we have to tell them? That just does not sound very nice!

  8. we must spread the word about this spectacular discovery. we now know how weight is gained. the answer that many have spend their lifetime to answer is now right before our very eyes. inform all the news stations. the finding of a lifetime is before us.

  9. It’s an amazing article and replies are indicative of how you people lack humour.

  10. I eat cake in moderation

So let me get this straight. The secret to losing weight is arithmetic, and the secret to not gaining weight is eating in moderation? Furthermore, how does these two gems correlate to eating cake after going to the gym, “scientific” research such as participation action studies, and words like “ursine” that I don’t, and don’t care to, understand?

Shane, I have you single you out. You must have left your brain in your gym locker today. Seriously now, all sarcasm aside, WHY would you take a blog post entitled “The Sarcasmist” seriously? That’s just plain dumb.
