    Nooow that is just “mean” because the innuendo is in the air and it is worthy of a not well thought out pun but I will behave*places dot here:*.

    But I can’t help but wonder, what was the reason, why did she needed a transplant? Another question that passes my mind, why was her husband devastated? Is it because she would now(after the surgery) be able to talk to him? Or can it be that her larynx needs time to heal and she must eat smaller portions of food and chew well, very well before she swallows her food and that takes time and that is why the husband felt devastated?

    :D I failed. The innuendo is still in the air.
