Actually there is a study for seeing certain colors making you either more creative or think harder. I believe it is between red and blue; you might benefit from looking this up. Also the content and length of the story do have a relation. Though people may not want to listen to a long story…a long, boring story is about 10 times worse.

At the end of the day is another way of saying – The bottom line or the conclusion. Its the take away for the listener.

How are they even related. This is idiotic. The content and length of the story have no relation.

Its like saying 100 people were made to give IQ tests. 50 were wearing pink pajamas and 50 red. The IQ score of the ones wearing red pajamas was 15 more that those wearing pink pajamas. Hence red pajamas increase your IQ, period.
